SafeWax 2nd General Assembly – Day 2

On 6 June 2025, the SafeWax Consortium continued the 2nd General Assembly with a visit to the University of Bologna experimental farm in Cadriano. The joint field visit offered all partners the opportunity to observe SafeWax coatings under real agricultural conditions.

During the visit, partners witnessed the coating process being applied directly in the field and discussed early results from the Unibo-led field trials. This provided a valuable insight into the performance of SafeWax formulations outside controlled environments, marking an important step toward practical agricultural applications.
